Here is a brief overview of the works and projects we carry out:

 

Works / Projects

 

 

• New house builds – One off projects that concentrate the individual requirements of that customer.

• Extensions – We have built countless extensions over the years, ranging from garage or loft conversions, to two-story extensions and due to our eye for detail you will often have to look really hard to tell that the property in question has had an extension built by us.

• Conservatories – We build can build bespoke conservatories of all different sizes, shapes and built from all materials.

• Renovations – From old farm buildings to renovating derelict listed properties. Renovations can cover small garage conversions to large barns / buildings turned into dwellings. These are by far the more taxing and lengthy projects, but at the same time some of the most rewarding, in terms of overall change.

• Repairs & small jobs - we also undertaken other carpentry and building.

 

 

Professional Membership

 

As a building contractor we are members of the Federation of Master Builders. The FMB is a source of support  and practical advice for building firms and the general public.  We are also a member of the Northants & District Safety Group and have Corgi registered engineers.

 

We are also members of the CITB, an industry association that through its members fund apprentice schemes for all trades. We currently have two employees who have qualified as tradesmen under this scheme. This scheme is an investment in our skill base for the future and also an investment in the community we live in, by providing jobs for the local youth.

 

 

Team  

Our team is made up of a mixture of permanent and sub contractor labour providing different skills and knowledge that projects may require. They are however used to working as a team rather than individual trades. This is important when it comes to suuccessful finish's and outcomes for the projects.
